Harassment Investigator Training

During this two-to-three day training, participants get the opportunity to clarify their role as investigators, learn about the sensitivities involved in conducting a harassment investigation and master the art of report writing.

Conflict Resolution/Communication Skills

In these workshops, participants examine their individual communication styles, the skills of active listening and the Conflict Cycle. Participants practice dealing with defensiveness and giving and receiving feedback using case studies or real-life situations, where appropriate.

Coaching Skills for Managers

In this workshop, managers will learn appropriate coaching skills such as questioning, goal setting, self management and delegation so that they can encourage employees to reach their potential.

Managing Productive Meetings

Successful meetings depend on the ability to plan an agenda, keep the group on track, manage emotion and ensure everyone participates. This workshop reviews the active listening skills necessary for facilitating productive meetings and gives participants the opportunity to practice those skills in a mock-up meeting format.
