Workplace interventions

When a workplace is experiencing conflict and unrest, we develop a snapshot of the root cause through:

  • questionnaires
  • individual interviews
  • focus groups

From this point, we can either summarize our findings in a report or work with the client to create an effective, practical strategy and action plan.

Situations where interventions may be necessary:

  • conflicts arising following a harassment investigation

  • in response to complaints about one individual or a group of individuals’ behaviour

  • employee unrest after organizational change
